As many of you, I watch what comes up nearly every day, simply driven by my curiosity.

This time I'm pretty sure that it could be the best Rollei TLR offer for quite a while.

Here it is: A Rolleiflex 2.8E TLR camera, in MINT condition.

Its serial numbers: 1655503 for the camera body, taking lens Carl Zeiss Planar 1:2.8/80mm 2265075, viewing lens Heidosmat 1:2.8/80mm 787951.

When I say it is in mint condition, I mean it. The camera had been kept alone for many years, and recently rediscovered. Its body wears nearly no dust, has neither painting loss nor scratch, glasses are clean without fungus, scratch or cleaning marks, coating perfect, Synchro-Compur shutter works precisely at all speeds as it is supposed to be, dials very smooth, meter works well compared to my M8's integrated electronic meter, timer fires at precisely 10 seconds, like-new Diffusor and "Made in Germany Déposé" leather case... All works perfectly like new.

Last week I shot with this camera a roll of Ilford HP5, mostly at F/2.8, and it turned out to be great, typically Planar.

The camera was recently sent to Mr. Jürgen Kuschnik, the great Rollei technician in Germany, for a complete service. Thanks to such a passage, all these features listed above are confirmed and guaranteed, and two evident improvements were brought into this camera body:

1º A new shutter.

2º A Maxwell screen, which allows a much more comfortable focusing.

The invoice cost around 400€ and I'll send it to the winner of this bid.

A copy of its manual as well as the old screen will also be sent to the winner.

I'm selling it because I've been passing through the painful but perhaps hopeful digital transformation.

Voici un Rolleiflex 2,8E, en état du NEUF.

Ses numéros de série: 1655503 sur l'appareil, l'objectif en bas Carl Zeiss Planar 1:2,8/80mm 2265075, l'objectif en haut Heidosmat 1:2,8/80mm 787951.

L'appareil est redécouvert récemment. Il n'y a aucune trace à l'expérieur, ni de coup, ni de choc, ni de perte de peinture. Les verts sont très propres, sans rayure, champignon ou séparation. L'obturatuer Synchro-Compur est exacte. Avancement du mécanisme de mise au point souple, la cellule marche et correspond au résultat de mon M8, le minuteur est exacte, Diffusor et housse en cuir "Made in Germany Déposé" comme neufs... Rien à signaler, tout comme un neuf.

La semaine dernière j'ai tourné un rouleau d'Ilford HP5 sur cet appareil, la plupart des photos prises à F/2.8. Le résultat est typiquement Planar, très picqué même par rapport à un Hasselblad 503CW.

L'appareil est récemment passé par la main de M. Jürgen Kuschnik, le meilleur spécialiste en Allemagne. Ce passage a apporté notamment deux améliorations:

1º Un nouvel obturateur.

2º Un dépoli Maxwell, qui permet une luminosité 10x plus élévée.

Cette révision m'a couté 400€ et la facture sera envoyée au meilleur enchérisseur comme preuve de garantie.

Une copie de la notice d'utilisation de cet appareil ainsi que l'ancien dépoli seront également envoyés à son nouveau propriétaire.

Je le cède car je suis en passage numérique.
